Conscious Connected Breathwork is a safe, gentle breathing practice that moves negative energy out of the body and promotes feelings of aliveness and vitality. The workshop will begin with a brief check-in and instruction about the breathing process. Then, Lydia Mandell, Certified Breathwork Coach will guide you through a one-hour group breathwork experience followed by a closing circle and sharing.
*Please bring a yoga mat, 2 blankets and a pillow for your comfort. You will be lying on the floor during the breathwork portion of this workshop.
Bio: Lydia Mandell, Breathwork Coach, ATR-BC, LPC followed her passions for expression and personal empowerment through a variety of avenues, many in direct service of helping others.
