All ticket sales are final except in the event of a cancelation by Craftivate or the event venue. Only in that case will ticket purchases be fully refunded.
If you have purchased a ticket but cannot attend the event, you may contact Craftivate at firstname.lastname@example.org to transfer your ticket to another event occurring within 30 days of your original event date. If you are not able to use your ticket within the 30 day timeframe, you forfeit the value of your ticket and the ticket is void. It is possible for someone else to use your ticket within the 30 day timeframe as long as Craftivate is informed of the change in ticket holder prior to the event. Please email Craftivate at email@example.com with any information regarding the transfer of ticket holder.
